What is in my mailbox.Part 1

A while ago I thought that it would be nice not only to show you what I send to my pen-pals,but also to mention what I've already received :) Therefore, this post will be dedicated to all the letters and postcards (actually, only a part of the whole amount!:), that I ever got from my mailbox.
Wonderful stamps are also included! :)

Just a gorgeous letter from Germany-with a card and three chewing gums! So unexpected!:)

My Mail-art experience

As I have returned to my postcrossing hobby, I soon started being really bored with simple white envelopes and cards. I was sure that all these same "naked" letters look so dull , so I quickly started searching for different ideas about decorating envelopes.....and that's how I came to the idea of Mail Art.

So,being really inspired by some sites and just amazing creations, I have tried to do something SPECIAL myself. And here are my first results:

A marmaid was sent to Lilli from Canada, who loves everything connected to ocean.

Street Art of Perm'. Part 1

As I've promised much time ago, today you'll see a set of photos refered to Perm' and its Art objects. And a big part of them was made by simple people! I find it really interesting, though it's kinda weird:)

For the last time it's a usual thing for a citizen of Perm to see new abstract art-creations  somewhere on the fence. Although some of these images may look a bit strange or even provocative, you should agree, that it's still better to see something bright on the wall than seeing nothing.
The image above excites me a lot! I love such a way of drawing.

Postcrossing experience

Approximately one month ago I suddenly remembered , that I'm registered on www.postcrossing.com . If someone doesn't know what is that, I advise you to follow the link and read the desciprion. In one phrase, your goal is to send a random person a postcard, and then another random person sends a postcard for you!

So,when I found out I haven't been there for a couple of months, I felt really guilty(( That's why I decided to reanimate my postcrossing experience.
At the moment I've already sent 8 postcards and now I'm busy with my 9th one. Sometimes I spent too much time for creating a card, frankly speaking!, but that's only because I think for too long about what kind of card to send:)

This time I got an adress from Belarus, and that fact made me think about what to send even more!:) I didn't want to send something typical from my country like bears or hohloma to Belarus as I won't wonder anyone there. So I had to think about something special.....

A girl, who will receive my card, writes in her profile that she is keen on vintage and retro postcards. Fortunately, today I have enough imagination and fantasy to create something similar to her wishes, and I've done it!

Now look at my hand-made postcard.....

I have luckily found a 60s-styled lady, so I can say that's retro-style!:) On her backgrounde there is a nice horoscope:)

I really hope this girl will like my card:) At least, let her will be pleased!:)
And what do you think?

Later I will show you my another postcrossing creation .....:)

Blue-blue hair

Today I have a very strong, burning, just desperate desire to write smth. Still don't know for sure what can I tell you and what can i write about, but....it is such a moment when you just want something to happen and that's all. No excuses, just do it

Recently in a book of Haruki Murakami I've found a quote which suits my current "life mood" perfectly. That can be my supreme motto for this summer.

"Summer, loneliness, the heat"

The most "interesting" thing in this my statement is that i dont feel desperate or bad because of it. To tell the truth, that was expectable. All my summers are the same :) only my goals change. However, i cant say if that is good or bad trait of mine. Who knows.

This summer i am trying and will carry on trying to change my appearance. I dont feel satisfitited with my current image ,but the most frightening is that i dont know what exactly to do with this all!:)

Hope, time will show

But now, my "far far" dream is to have this wonderful colour of hair. This airy blue-purple mix. I guess it looks miracle. May be, someday I will be brave and do something like that with me.But,fortunately or not, now it is not the right time for blue hair :)

Oh, blue!

Purpe-Pink!:) My fav also!:)

Oh, I so wish I could have such hair! It looks amazing:)

Oh Winter

"Cold frost and sunshine: day of wonder!
But you, my friend, are still in slumber-
Wake up, my beauty, time belies:
You dormant eyes, I beg you, broaden
Toward the northerly Aurora,
As though a northern star arise
!"
Pushkin A.S.

Whatever you say, I love winter.I love when everything around is clearly and perfectly white just like the powder and I love when fresh snow is crisping under your foot. Moreover, I love when frost stays on my hair and lushes even it melts terribly later.

Snegir'

However, I can't speak about winter and not to touch winter fashion.
As usual, winter outfits include either typical items (such as your favourite Russian "ushanka"-hats and fur, fur, fur) or new additions.....

Tijana,Moscow. Taken from http://www.lookatme.ru/looks
I love hat and sleeves-they look so organic together!

 Natalya,Amsterdam. http://www.lookatme.ru/looks
A famous ushanka-hat with beige trousers make her look fresh and fabuluous

Alina  Taken from http://yes.com.ru/fashionably/look/index.php
I find this combination pretty interesting. Anyway, she looks catchy.

Darya,Samara Taken from  http://sa.cosmoshopping.ru/sf/look/4090/
She looks really cute in white clothes on the white background. But I'm not sure about her choice of shoes
Jhanna.Taken from http://www.glamour.ru/fashion/streetstyle/467938/
How do I love her maxi-skirt! Looks charming, even not so adapted for the winter weather.

Darya. Taken from http://sa.cosmoshopping.ru/sf/look/4005/
She looks quite gentle and even poetic. There is some aristocracy in her image.

To sum up, I believe this winter is going to be really catchy, fabuluous and just wonderful.Like the nature in Pushkin's poetry.

I finally feel myself really guilty after my mom has asked me today when was the last time I checked up my blog. You know, there is a "forever" trait of an every mom:they are ALWAYS right. And my Mom,of course,is not an exception.

So,today I have decided to refresh and restart all my blog-skills and share with you some really MAGNIFICANT and Alive photos. They look amazing and very "neo"-fashioned.
Love it.

P.s.
If the picture doesn't move, just click on it and watch an alive image in your window:).

Golden people and Italian necklace

Alive-alive and double-triple alive!

I am again alive,as you see.And from now I will try to stay alive for long,I promise.

Actually, many things have changed and have been changing.
First of all,that is winter.
The temperature gets lower and lower from week to week and sometimes it falls down really rapidly so it even looks unexpectable for us! Now you can catch the feeling of real coming winter in the air.I should say that REAL winter with it's frost and dark nights is a really fascinating thing, whatever you think.
(Remembering the frost on my hair and on lushes in the last mornings.....;)

Secondly-and in the context of a fashion blog it is more important event than the last one-my new hand-made necklace:

MY GOLDEN HUMAN BEINGS

     I love this background!;)

These creations were originally invented by me very spontaneously in a minute of brainstorm and had waited for their "Fame Hour" for a few months. Finally,I have created this necklace.

I believe, that this one looks really funky and catchy and at the same time it doesn't look freaky or strange. This necklace is graceful, fashionable and looks pretty.

To conclude, such a necklace can give an accent and refresh your image so you can easily add it to your outfit.
A new design for a new season!:)

P.S.
You know,I am especially glad as it has turned out that I have fans!:)
And I am double-triple excited as one my great fan  from Italy, whose name is NINO,has been encouraged by my hand-made wooden necklace (Remember?)  and has created an analogue of it,but made of  pieces of broken branch (I should mention that it was a really excellent idea to use the materials which are available in his climatic region) and a piece of leather.
I guess, that is a really good stylish job.It looks exotic and really "warm" so it would be suitable to wear with summer outfits.

NINO's job
NINO's job
I guess, that the most pleasant thing is to understand that someone appreciates your job and shares with you with his one. This cooperation gives me a hope that I do everything right and correctly.
Grazie,Nino!:)

Alive

It reminds the real crime that I haven't posted anything for such long time.I guess,it is an absolute manifestation of bad behaviour. So,I should really try to atone my fault.I promise:).

This edgy photo was taken from one of the blogs at the LiveJournal blogservice.
Actually, the last days were really busy and nervous. Moreover, they were really COLD,as winter is coming closer and closer.

Meanwhile,I started thinking about pert mood more and more.Don't know why:may be because of age,may be because of holidays and freedom in the air:).But I am totally interested in edgy and NONformal now.

Hope,my vacations will be productive, including my blog activity ESPECIALLY.

By the way....Do you remember my hand-made wooden necklace? These days I am creating a male version(thanks to Nino:),so,soon you all will see my new creation.
Sorry for keeping long silence one more time.

A lesson about....

Autumn has already come.
And with usual things which come this time,as red and yellow coloured leaves or endless rains, one problematic point comes either....

"What shoud I wear?" - Many people wonder. And how do I understand them all!
When it becomes colder and winds become stronger and stronger a day after day it's really natural to start changing tastes, clothes and trends.

For the most of human beings autumn means the end of the rest and beginning of "official","heavy" workaday life.If you are a worker or a student this feeling touches you really powerfully.
And if you are a worker or a student, you have another problem:
"What should I wear for my classes, office?"

Yes,choosing a "uniform" can be really "a challenge" for everyone, who wants to stay "suitable", not losing his own "fashionability" at the same time.

And definitely this point inspired me to create a following "official" outfit:

Either suitable, either comfortable, either bright and catchy.
And nobody will say, that it doesn't look in an official way.
The raisin of the image is in mixing prints.A checked skirt looks very "old-school" styled,a striped shirt gives a calm warm accent and a tie, worn as a cool bow, gives a wonderful colorful sound.
It looks very funky and self-made,as I strongly believe.

But if you are not independent in choices of your design, you can try another variant, which I
have called as a more feminine one:

A gentle sweater with an amazing feminine flower.
+ A hand-made (!!) draped skirt
+a little shoulderbag "a-la" Chanel

Who says, that it doesn't look suitable?
None!

Hope, that my examples of using colors-prints or gentle and girlish motives can be useful for you in your own outfits' organisation .

And remember, that autumn doesn't mean the end of stylish season.
Contrarely, all fashion is only starts  now,and your purpose is to catch it.

A fashion recycling.

Old - Kind.
In Russian it sounds more poetic : "Staroye-Dobroye".

Everything past and last always seem to be something beautiful and unattainable, something, which we can't return to nowadays. Usually it includes all our nostalgic thoughts and memories, all "our retro" moments, steps and stupid-carefree sounded words and phrases, which we wanted to change many times later.
Sometimes you can be distanted from this "old-kind" nostalgy for ages. Sometimes only for minutes - that's very personal. But in any cases and situations you will feel this "retro" life, which had been so much time ago,as it seems to be, just by getting to your last home, wearing your last uniform, even eating an apricot jam- you will remember your grandma's one. Nostalgy is a very strong and specific feeling.

Sorry, don't remember the author of it.
Taken from www.lookatme.ru
A Moscowian child.

Fashion has its own "old- kind" nostalgy too. But if in each person's life nostalgy is a very private subject, in fashion this one is a nostalgy of all the world's common history and stories, of all common thoughts and people,of all commom memories. Fashion includes all our nostalgy in it. The difference is that we keep it as a top-secret, but fashion keep it as a global trend.

A "recycling" of retro in the modern fashion .
Street Style.
Taken from an unknown blog.

A Russian Street Style,if I don't make a mistake.
There's some up-grated and recycled "old-kind" too.
An outfit from the last Paris Fashion Week,a street style.
As for me,it's a perfect transformation from "an up-grated retro" to a modern "fashionable outfit with a retro spirit".
There's a big difference between two these terms.
Taken from www.lookatme.ru either.
Fashion shows  us  a perfect recycling of the global LAST.

60s

Not a secret, that any trend is a cyclical phenomenon.Let's call it "a fashionable recycling".

In several years an old and already forgotten trend can become alive and really popular among fashionistas again.

First of all,it regenerates among "street style" people, than it goes to
trend-hunters' lookbooks and then we totally can see this "recycled" fashion on the runway again.
Everything genius is really easy,as we can understand.

This afternoon I am really impressed by 60s fashion, which becomes really stylish and recognizable this season.

My mom's hand made jacket (such a cool and specific cloth! It looks very 60s styled), an old-school styled skirt,a simple white "alkashka" top,an orange belt and these calm beige shoes.
I guess, that two different prints and colors look together very interesting and catchy.
Moreover,60s styled design looks really juicy and self-made.
long live minimalistic heels and laces
I really enjoy these  sleeves-pouffe and vintage decoration of pockets and a collar.

So,Today I have a very 60s mood,as I think:).
